The Pinnacle is a place for Central Asian professionals to further develop themselves with programs designed by The Pinnacle. The goal is to help professionals to venture into the international market, to meet and network with other professionals.
Prerequisite : Good command of English. Assessment of English proficiency before admission to The Pinnacle's program.
The Pinnacle's Personal Development runs these following courses:
"DISC Personality Discovery" - This is a personality assessment to find your dominant personality traits. You will gain understanding how your personality traits influence your working style, communication style, and how you relate with others.
"Conflicts Resolution" - With DISC personality understanding, this will help you to resolve conflicts and better a relationship. This is a skill a leader should have.
"Negotiation Skills" - This is not about making bargain at sales point. This course helps you to be effective at teamwork, decision making and managing conflicts. Whether in business or personal relationships these skills will help you to avoid damaging relationship.
"Beyond Success", a John Maxwell's program facilitated by The Pinnacle. This is a 7 weeks roundtable sessions with a focus theme each week that help you to set some milestone goals with personal mentoring.

Dine out on a business topic.
This is a roundtable fellowship with a purpose: Meet and dine over a business or personal development topic. There will be a focus theme for discussion each month over a meal.
The Pinnacle Club has international members who visit Central Asia time to time, Kazakhstan members will get to network with them at The Knights' Fellowship.
DISC personality analysis system is developed nearly a century ago by William Moulton Marston, the psychologist. This personality system of Marston's begins with four compass points of personality that give the profiles their name:
D - Dominance
I - Influence
S -Steadiness
C - Conscientiousness
These are 4 key personality traits.
There are 12 distinct personality traits denoted by 2 of the 4 dominant keys.: DI, IS, SC, CS, etc. The 2 compass points indicate one's primary and secondary personality traits.
DISC personality assessment is a very popular tool that companies and organization use in recruitment, to improve team dynamic and personnel management.

No, does not mean SC is good with technology. It means SC is logical, analytical and details orientated. SC is reliable and even-tempered. SC wants to focus on getting the job done right.
CS is The Bedrock
CS avoids conflict. They are quiet and prefer to stay at the backdrop. They do not like surprises nor uncertainties. They are details orientated. They may be quiet but does not mean they do not have opinion. CS is someone you can count on to get a task done well.
